A Efficient Installation Process for Your Home

We make our installations seamless and a project manager is continuously  monitoring the progress of your installation to make sure we're doing the job efficiently and that it is done right.

Our Installation Process:
1. Artificial Lawn Design and Planning
Our first part of the process is the design and planning. A design consultant will do an in-home analysis to see what we can do to make your dream backyard come true. At this phase, it will determine the project scope and give you exact pricing.
2. Pre-Demolition
Before the demolition can begin all of the homeowners utilities (electrical, gas, water, etc.) including all sprinklers must be properly located and capped off or completely removed.

3. Demolition
In the demolition phase, we will demolish your existing surface, whether it is a hard-surface or soft-surface with a bob-cat. During demolition, saw-cutting may be necessary along areas where the foundation is protruding into the usable space in the front, back or side-yard areas.
4. Excavation
Our excavation is typically 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 inches from final grade.
5. Grading & Drainage
During this stage of the installation, if drains need to be installed this is when we will install a drain for proper water-flow against soft-scrape surfaces.
6. Install Borders
On many projects, we will install bender board or a paver mow-strip around the outside of the turf. Customers will often install these to improve look aesthetically and improve the structural surrounding your turf installation.
7. Sub-Base Compaction
In order to prevent any undulations are depressions on your artificial grass, our installers use a plate compactor to compact the sub-base.
8. Weed Killer and Weed Barrier Fabric
Before laying down our weed barrier, we spray the entire area with weed killer to reduce future weed growth after installation. Before base preparation we will lay down a weed barrier to prevent weed growth and undulations. This step during installation is vital to the longevity of the synthetic grass installation.
9. Base Preparation and Compaction
10. Turf Preparation
11. Seaming and Trimming
12. Border Preparation
13. Infill Preparation
14. Infill Prep and Installation
15. Final Trimming and Clean-up
